Welcome Back

Welcome back everyone!! My name's Spencer, and I have been asked to reintroduce you all to the Paw's Touch website. I regret to report that Pepper, the creator of this website, passed away in January of this year. I never had the privilege of meeting Pepper; however, from what I've heard, she was the greatest and is sorely missed. Tony, her partner and best friend, decided that it was time to get the website started back in honor of her memory, so he called a meeting with me and the rest of the new staff. Tony asked me to write this first article, because he's been so busy on the farm chasing mice and keeping the goats straight, he hasn't had the time! Don't worry though, because he will be in charge and you'll be hearing from him real soon!!

In the meantime, let me tell you about the rest of the staff. Juventud, we call him Juvie, is the eldest of the new staff. I hear back in his day, he was a wild thing and used to get on Pepper's nerves, but these days, he is a very wise cat and I'm sure he'll have lots to contribute to the website. Biggs, another edition, is Juvie's roommate who seems like lots of fun. I, personally, have not been able to spend a lot of time with them, but they are very nice to me and my pal, Pancho tells me they're the greatest. Pancho just moved in with him and he has also joined the Paw's Touch staff. He's a little different than the rest of us because he's a DOG!!! I know, I know- you're thinking, "Why would we let a nasty, drooling dog on our staff??" Well, Pancho is not your normal mutt- he's funny, sweet, and he's become my bestest friend in the whole wide world!!! From him, we'll get a dog's perspective on the world, and I'm sure you'll fall in love with him just as I have. At our next staff meeting we are going to discuss two more possible staff members. My Grandma (Tony's mom) just got 2 birds and we are thinking about adding them to our staff, even though they don't have paws! Look forward to articles from these guys in the upcoming months.

A Little About Me

OK, so Tony wanted me to tell you guys a little about myself. Well, I'm just a kid, almost 4 months old, and I am adorable (if I have to say so myself!). I live with my mom, Kristy. She's OK sometimes, but she likes to give me kisses when all I really want to do is play! I like to get her back when she's sleeping. I bite at her and jump around on the bed just to annoy her. I know it drives her crazy, but she doesn't say anything 'cause she really loves me! To make her happy, I wake her up by purring and giving her kisses on the nose. Sometimes, I wake her up a little too early (HeHeHe)!!!! She's got this boyfriend, Bob, that I consider my Dad. He's crazy and likes to harass me a lot! All I know is I've got them both wrapped around my little paw!!!!

My favorite pastimes would definitely have to be harassing my folks and playing with my pal, Pancho. My Uncle Matthew brings him over sometimes and we have SO MUCH FUN!! I never thought I would get along with a dog like that, but I do. We mainly like to wrestle, but sometimes we'll relax and take a nap together. I look forward to hanging out more with Tony, Juvie, and Biggs at our future staff meetings, but since they're all grown-ups, they aren't as silly as me and Pancho.

Anyways, I guess that's enough about me, but look forward to more articles from me and the rest of the staff! Until then, have fun and keep harassing those humans!!!!
